Hey Royalers! I've been lucky enough to have been selected to compete with a team at the United States Curling Association's Arena National Championships later this week. For those of you who do not know what curling is... it's that sport with the sweeping, yelling, and rock-things. I'll be competing with the Jersey Pinelands's women's team, playing the position of skip. (Basically, I get to yell at people and call the shots.) I'm super excited and honored to be competing. However I'm also incredibly nervous as we're the "home" (hosting) club. Please send positive vibes on Twitter using the #2016ArenaNats tag as well as via Facebook! If you have questions, please feel free to ask away here! Also, if you are interested in the draw-times (games) and scores, more information can be found here and here. For those who are still wondering what curling is, you might want to check out this 2-minute video: Spoiler My team currently has a gofundme set up, donations are much appreciated (but not necessary)! With much love, Moose
