Moderate [Ulu City] Commando NPC at Krexel will not warp you out

    The NPC in the boss map will not warp you out (clicking on it yields no response), and if you relog you'll end up at Singapore CBD.

    Edit: You are also unable to use town scrolls, CC FM or anything, except relogging.

    You're not supposed to be able to go to FM or use town scrolls in a boss map. As for the NPC, we have to fix that.
