Ya.. Why is Dmage banned / character deleted?

Hi, could you re-write your post in this format please, so that we have the information we need to check out the ban?

Why do you think you got banned?: Uhhh I don't know, the server crashed and then I can't log in anymore today.

^ We share the same household & internet connection because Dmage, Douglet and I are siblings.

 

Can you explain why Dmage (a level 45 character) had 40 chaos scrolls in storage?

 

He said, "what is a chaos scroll?"

He doesn't even know what it is, and we didn't even use storage. Are you sure?

 

He said, "I've never even seen this item before".
(I google'd it because I don't even know what it is)

 

I am positive. There were 40 chaos scrolls in storage. This is clearly not legitimate and thus the accounts were banned for hacking.
