Closed Unable to access account.

Problem: Unable to login, forgot password and/or login ID may be deleted?
Details: Have not played in over a year, and cannot access my account.

Went through troubleshooting steps but still wasn't able to get any further.
Don't know what else to say except my char was a hunter that's at least Lv.40 or higher. Can provide more details if contacted via PM.

I forgot to mention that I've already attempted to use that feature, unfortunately I don't know which email I've used.

I've contacted one of the admins with a PM and awaiting his response.
