Closed Unable to access forum account

Im making this thread for a friend who goes on the forums with the name: Mushihi
She told me she used facebook to make an account for the forums.
But then after when she removed the association with facebook she wasnt able to log on the forums anymore.
Every password shes trying to use isnt working. She cant get a password reset either.

I've send an email to the address registered with the account with a password they can use to login.

 

Can you let me know which email that is John? Ive asked her and she said she hasn't received any emails

 

Try having her resend her activation email via the forums or if that still doesn't work, just make a new forum account at this point.

 

I have one more favor to ask you, could you please delete the account Mushihi if thats possible?
That way she can keep the same forum name
