IGN : stevvygoh Problem : unable to complete vote for nx Details : I have been receiving the issue after the latest update, i'm voting over an IP that is on a mobile line. Royals' web allows the vote but Gtop100 always either say i've already voted and left xx.xx hrs.. even after waiting for it to complete it'll immediately say you have already voted please wait 24hrs... So as a test i used another char to vote via that same mobile line and it passed. Used the affected char to vote on my normally used IP, still the same. Not sure if this still constitutes to someone using the same ip to vote...
Correct, someone voted on the IP that is currently assigned to your network. Try voting on your mobile data. Alternatively, contact your ISP to obtain a static IP.
Hi Kai, thank you for your response. *edit* == I just tested the problem, it works now == I usually use a mobile line for the affected account (non wifi). and the Internet IP (Lan based) for my other account. The affected account is not working on both the Internet IP as well as my mobile line. Also, i have 2 mobile lines both of which does not work. I've done my part to swap around usage of the 'IP' to vote for the affected account but to no avail. So to recap, Affected account does not work on, mobile line 1, mobile line 2, and my usual internet IP. Normal account WORKS even after using all the above 3 to test on the affected on separate days.
Note that you are NOT supposed to vote on more than ONE account per 24 hours. That is considered vote abusing.
Hi Kai, yes that is well understood. i only vote on the acc that i'm currently playing. however it seems that there are always doubtful problems in even 1 account per user voting on my end. this happened after the shops update, but cleared after the recent 1? will continue to check on this to see if it persists. thank you
On our side, nothing can be done. Best move is to obtain a static IP which usually comes with a cost.
