Hi Royal admin and friends i recently had an issue when i using my home Wifi where i am constantly stuck on character selection page which ends up being unable to connect. This started happening when i palying the game and the game suddenly close and delete the shortcut of mapleroyals. And then i reinstalled the game, I tried to log in again and now its stuck in character selection page and goes back to unable to connect page again or sometimes closes the game entirely. I tried rebooting the computer, reinstalling, reset my internet, and close the firewall this problem is still persisting Need some guidance on how to fix this issue, thanks in advance gang! When i change to using my mobile data to login the game. i can login successfully. May be my wifi IP was banned?

If you are sure you don't have any VPNs at all, please request GMs on the Ban Appeal to check your MAC address again
I thinck my previous IP address was banned due to my rounter firewall, i close the rounter firewall and then turn off the rounter to change the IP address. Finally, i can login again.
