Good evening. For the past few weeks, I've been off Maple Royals since I am unable to get pass the character selection screen every time I logged in. At first I thought it could have been just a character glitch (being stuck in the cash shop etc) But it's been consistent even with new created characters. I'm not sure if I have been banned since no such message appeared. I've searched up the forums and some said it is possibly due to my ip address? I'm not sure about the whole ordeal but I would be grateful if anyone could leave some insight on the following matter. Thank you
