Unable To Connect To Game Server

    I started playing again yesterday, and created a new character, but now that I'm playing again,
    I'm disconnected from the server every 5 minutes, I've already disabled antivirus,
    I've already configured the firewall, and I've also reinstalled the game,
    nothing resolved the problem, and I keep being disconnected, what problem is this??
