Hi, I'm a new player in this game. Today I downloaded the game, installed it, everything went pretty smoothly until after I created a new character and tried to go into the game. I've tried every channels and I still get kicked out of the game. I've read a few threads that people have the same problems as I do but it was because they're banned. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you!
