Hey, modem and internet reset already, I also check the forums by my own to find another solutions so besides reset internet/modem he also tried mobile hotspot aswell without success.

We have regional / ISP connection problems atm (PCCW blocked some ISP ports and they’re refusing to admit fault) so it’s quite possible he’s being affected by that. The only fix we really have for that is a paid VPN or mobile hotspot Also, we completely understand if he can’t connect to the forum to make a forum account but once he’s able to he really should make his own account just to avoid any confusion between who owns the account(s)
Yes ive seen this post, this is one of the threads i check before i opened the thread. I've seen this issue is exist but first time I joined this server 3 years ago he had the same issue so he didnt even bother start playing.. So I doubt this ISP issue happening on this server for 3 years without solutions and its just a temporary issue and he can't play for 3 years.. And as I said before he already tried mobile hotspot. Reason he doesnt open forum account is due completely lack of English i had to translate for him everything via voice call.
I'd advise you and your friend to purchase a private VPN and play the game through that as there's nothing we can do.
Game work for me and he lives next to my home so I even doubt its a problem with the infrastructure. There is no other FREE solution? And no disparage you Gert or Becca (appreciate your help) but maybe an Admin would be more helpful with that problem due more permissions?

Have nothing to lose since my friend cant play anyways and if it would be the same answer nothing change. But I have to ask again, isnt it weird that he cant login for 3 years? Its quite odd..
your friend should probably make a forum account and message me their account ID, the MAC address they are trying to connect from and the IP address they are trying to connect from. as mentioned the character poppie isnt banned so this thread turned into a connection issue post which can be continued in my inbox (keep in mind you're not supposed to know their account details so they should get on the forum themselves)
