Not Bug Not replicable Unable to continue Water from the Spring of Youth quest

I am unable to begin the third part of this quest. I have followed some other threads and some suggested redownloading/reinstalling the game, and I tried that but nothing works.

Is there any other fix for this issue?

 

Can you supply more information if possible? What is your IGN, have you tried forfeiting the quest?

Unfortunately I am unable to forfeit the quest because the first two steps of the quest are their own quests which are complete now.

Yes I have made sure to consume the chalice. It just won't let me do the quest for the third time.

 

Hi, are you still having this issue? Can you supply a screenshot of the NPC dialogue from Mar, and the Small Tree Stump NPC, as well as a screenshot of your Quest Tab?

 

is hp quest bugged and we should not do it now?

 

Slow down, cowboy. There was one user having an issue one month ago; I have no information suggesting the Quest is bugged in general.

 

Hi Joong, sorry for the delayed response. I'm not sure what happened, but I logged off and then logged back in several days later with the item in my inventory, working fine! It seemed to have fixed itself, or maybe I needed to log off and back on again, could have been a glitch on my end. Thanks
