Dear staff, Since a few months, I've not been playing mapleroyals due to other business that occupied my time. Now, I've tried to log back into my account, and it seems that I am unable to enter the game. I am not sure why this is, and it has been advised to me to create this thread. Is it possible that I can be helped resolving this matter? I am unaware of any matters besides my absence that have created this problem. I am not sure I am banned, I am only sure that my login attempt is not working. The message that I get after filing in my PIC code is: You have been disconnected from the login server, please try again later. My character names are: shobbish onestep434 CoronaGrind Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
Thanks for the reply, I've tried a different IP with a vpn, however it is not working. are there any other things I could do?
It has been resolved, I've completely deleted all the data of mapleroyals, restarted my computer and downloaded the IMG version through Google Drive. Now it works!
