Closed Unable to enter zak on some characters?

    Problem: Unable to enter zakum
    Details: I started playing again after a long break, and when trying to buy a ZHelm, the door wouldn't let me in, saying I need to complete the 3rd stage. Problem is, I have already bought a ZHelm before on that character (Proof: I'm wearing it), so i'm 100% sure I have already done the prequests. What is going on? Am I forgetting something, did something change or did my character glitch? I tried it on another character (Vank) and the same problem persists.

    Maybe you don’t have any Eyes of Fire in your inventory?
    You need to be carrying at least 1 EoF to enter.

    Do you have an Eye of Fire in your inventory? You need one to go through.
