Unable to get passed the LOGIN screen

    For some reason i cannot manage to get through the log in screen after inserting my password & username.
    iv'e tried several basic solutions such as restarting the router & computer but nothing seems to make an impact.
    Any ideas? mabye with the properties of the launcher itself..?
