Hi, I've been inactive from Royals for a few months now. It simply faded out as life got in the way. I've recently been trying to log into my account, and I can get to the character screen. After entering my PIC/PIN on the character screen, it just goes black and crashes saying: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." I had no problem before, and the only thing I have changed on my PC is the harddisk. I changed to an SSD a few months ago, and only tried logging in maybe a few weeks ago, which is the first time I encountered this issue (I think). I tried using different wifi connections and my mobile hotspot, but all encounter the same issue, so I don't think it's a wifi issue. Can any mod help out here? Character name: MisterFlyBy
Hi Sen, I recently reinstalled everything just a few days ago. Do I need to update them separately? Edit: I have also tried both resolutions, uninstalling and installing them subsequently. Both versions give the same error.
If your files are up to date then that shouldn't be the problem. Whenever I've had that issue I've been able to fix it by either restarting my PC or just re-launching the client a bunch of times by brute force. Unfortunately I'm not the most technically savvy so if those solutions don't work hopefully someone else can provide better solutions. In the mean time, I would also suggest searching your error message in the search bar to see how others have resolved similar issues.
