IGN: MachFive Scenario: Was just playing like usual when suddenly i get disconnected visiting hair shop in Kerning City. Then when i try to relogin, it says ID has already logged in and i got disconnected. After that, i couldnt get pass the channel selection or character selection screen. Please help. Thanks.
I just tried logging in again. I could enter now. But i visited the Kerning City hair shop again and it has only chime but nothing happened. Then after that i have been disconnected again.
After i select my character and hear the chime immediately i was disconnected and from the login server.
That's weird. There's nothing in the Hair Salon that requires you to have any updated WZ file. Perhaps you might want to try redownload and reinstalling the game.
I was having no problem playing 2 hours ago until i visited the hair saloon portal. Could it be that my MAC address has been ban from the server due to multiple login attempts while my character was stuck with the portal?
I just realized its actually just matter of 5 secs after logging in. After i get past login screen, after 5 secs i would get disconnected from login server. The error message "You have been disconnected from login server. Please try again later" shows up. The fact that i could still log into the game after your first reply, and i visited the hair saloon which makes me disconnected again, then the problem came back makes me feel weird and uncertain of what is the actual problem.
