I had all the items required for the silver mane, but when I clicked on Kenta and selected the quest, there was no text in the chat box with NPC. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to screenshot this because I tried forfeiting the quest and reactivating it. However, I couldn't reactivate the quest because now it doesn't even appear under my list of available quests.
