Fixed Unable to heal after teleporting

    I used to be able to teleport and cast heal immediately afterwards, however, after the patch it takes me more than a second to cast heal after a teleport. This slows mages/cleric training drastically and increases my chances of dying since i rely on heal often. Please fix T.T

    got the same problem here.. the last patch made everything delay
