Okay so i havent found anyone with this error but i assume the installer Makes Temporarly files somewhere and open that to install but thats where the problem is it dosent open and dose nothing. Turning off Antivirus/Firewall dosent help
I know there is nothing wrong with the installer so there must be something on your computer preventing the installer from functioning correctly. What that may be though, I don't have an idea unfortunately.
