Hello! Recently I’ve been getting blocked from accessing the game despite off-ing firewall and windows defenders. I have to rely on downloading VPN to enter the game. I can’t even vote for the NX now. Any solution to this? Thanks in advance!
Right now there are ISP connection issues for these affected countries: Australia, Singapore, USA, Taiwan, Canada, Malaysia, Israel, Japan, Peru, China, and Korea. It's a big outage, and it appears to only be affecting the west, there's nothing we can do that's up to your ISP.
Hello Becca, Thanks for letting me know! Alright understood. In the meantime I will use VPN to play first because I really love to play crossing fingers that it will be solved soon!
