I got this problem same as one of the previous post he gave up half way when searching for the solution. But im a returning player so i hope to continue the game. tried https://cdn.royals.ms/info/mr and I see a string of random letters. So i heard there should be no issue. Whenever i check mapleroyals stats through the task manager, the memory usage is always stuck at 10.1 MB, and CPU usage at 0% or 0.3%. Tried reinstalling and installing it again and again, with no AVG, and disabling windows firewall file protection. Same thing happens. No error popups will appear upon clicking said app, only no response is given. What might be wrong? Restarting don't solve the issue either after installing. Btw im using windows 11. i even use it to run as administrator but still fail to launch. i also tried to wait for an hour nothing happen

Lol apparently after all the exemption and antivirus closing, I just need to restart my computer then launch the application again. Thx for the help tho
If this error message appears again, it means your anti-virus is still blocking Royals files, do check exception if that happens
