IGN: Casanovaz Problem: Character stuck - unable to log into the game and play until server patch (End of Halloween event) Details: I get the error message: “This is an ID that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection. Please check again.” It seems that my game disconnected while I was in the cash shop and it stuck my character there (explained by staff). They informed me that I would need to wait until the next patch update, which is after the current Halloween event. Unfortunately, this means I am unable to log into the game and participate in the Halloween event, which will be nearly 3 weeks of no gameplay. As I am still quite new to the server, I was hoping to take advantage of the Halloween event to gain some of the event benefits, which would have been very helpful for my progression and overall enjoyment reliving the pre-Big bang event for nostalgia. I understand that this is a technical issue, but I wanted to ask if there might be any possibility for compensation or assistance so I do not miss out on this event entirely. Thank you for any help or advice you can offer!
Hi thank you for your response. This happened around 3am Thu, Nov 7th GMT. I have tried logging into the account multiple times since then without success.
