    Problem: Unable to log on to the game server
    Details: I can log in to the character selection screen, but when i finish typing the PIC password, the character is walking and after about twenty seconds, i will return to the login screen, and displays "Unable to log on to the game server",my friend told me that I might be Mac banned?? I have restarted the router / modem many times,still can't log in. This situation has been going on for half a month.

Player has since been active on forums with no future complaints. If this issue has not been resolved, feel free to report this post so we can open this issue again @a344041536
