Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: Yahya Additional Information: According to the troubleshoot guide it says I'm banned. I would like to know why and for how long? (temp/perm) I've always been one to abide by the rules so this is shocking news as a 2+ year Royaller. If I did something wrong please let me know what I can do to prevent something like this from happening in the future. Thank you for your time.
