SOLVED! Not sure what information is needed here however characters on the account are (according to my excel spreadsheet): J3kky Bucckylls & JekyllsNL I thought my username was something that is 2 characters too long to be used at all, can't seem to get an email to go through to reset password because it seems I have no idea what the email is. any help or any other information that's needed can be acquired!
