Unable to login to MapleRoyals - Disconnected from Server

Problem: Cannot login to the server (error message saying disconnected from server after logging in and selected the character)

Please help to resolve. (Not sure whether is this the right thread to post)

You might have an invalid mac address on your computer. Check to see if you have all unnecessary network adapters disabled and try again. Also check for hidden ipv6 adapters such as Microsoft 6to4 Adapter or Microsoft ISATAP Adapter by doing the following:

Open Command Prompt (cmd.exe), and type "netsh interface ipv6 isatap set state disabled"

And if necessary:

Open Start Menu

Type In: Device Manager

Select Device Manager

Click the View menu from the top

Select Show Hidden Devices (Must be check before continuing)

Scroll down and expand Network Adapters

Right-Click a duplicated Microsoft 6to4 Adapter or Microsoft ISATAP Adapter

Select Uninstall

Click OK for the pop-up warning message

Repeat and repeat for each of the unwanted duplicated adapter

Close Device Manager when finished

If that doesn't work, post your problem in the 'character issues' section and a GM will be able to investigate further for you.
