You restarted your router, did you restart your modem too if you have one? Press the Windows key and type in "Windows Firewall" and once you're inside, on the left hand side panel, click "Advanced Settings." Again on the left hand side of the new window that pops up, you're going to have to add exceptions for both the incoming and outgoing connections to and from the server so click inbound first. Then on the right hand side, click "New Rule" and make sure "Program" which is the first item in that list is selected then click the next button, it will then say "This program path" so what you wanna do is to navigate to your MapleRoyals folder which should be C:/MapleRoyals if you installed via the game's WZ installer program, once you've done this, click next. On the next window that comes up, you want to "Allow the connection" which is the first option that should already be pre-selected, click next again. So this new window that just came up, you just want to make sure that "Private" is selected but if you wish to continue with all three being selected for which I wouldn't recommend "Public" for obvious reasons, then that is solely up to you. Once you've made your choice of decision, click next. This next part is where you just name the rule something simple to remember, for which I recommend you name it MapleRoyals so you know exactly where it is inside that list for simplicity and once you've hit the OK button, open a command prompt. Type in each of the following lines which I have numbered without quotes and that you need to wait for to complete as it can take a minute or two for the first two of them: 1) "IPConfig /release" 2) "IPConfig /renew" 3) "Netsh Winsock Reset" so once they're typed in, hit the enter key and wait for them to completely finish. After this, restart your PC and then attempt to log back in to the game to see if you're then able to.

What that essentially does is the equivalent of a refresh of your device and network IP with the purpose being to zero out the possibility of an IP connectivity conflict. That and it also resets the Windows Socket which can sometimes resolve connectivity issues between/within programs.

I will also ask that you please understand that while there are technologically advanced people here including myself, I can tell you from a personal perspective that we do at times have important things to do that may take priority and/or precedence over gaming. It is not that people are intentionally trying to avoid helping you. Please refrain from assuming or otherwise incenuating that people don't want to help you because there are many of us that do, just that not everybody always has the answer or the solution to the problem. Our GMs work very hard to solve people's problems but they have to manage things both inside the game and outside of it too, their role is not the most simplest to do and it does take time.
