Closed Unable to purchase FM Store Permit

    Problem: Unable to purchase FM Store Permit
    Details: Hi, I recently created a new account and created a character on it intending for it to become a FM mule to sell my items. I have trained that character to level 15, and have voted once on it as well. However, when I go to the Cash Shop, the buy button for the FM Store Permit is grey and I am unable to click on it. Is there some requirement I'm missing? Thank you!!
