Fixed Unable to purchase mesos items in Cash Shop

    For the quest, Nero's Necklace.

    Clicked "Buy" on Red Ribbon but no purchase/confirmation dialogue appears. Subsequent clicking of "Buy" does not show up any dialogues, even for CS items until you re-enter the CS.

    Tested for Torr's Horn as well, same case applies. I couldn't find the Golden Bell, but I assumed it to be the same case as well.

    Couldn't buy the Golden Bell or the Red Ribbon from the CS for Nero's Necklace quest.

    Same here! Couldn't complete Nero's Necklace quest. I tried re-logging in but it didn't work.
