IGN: Sumson Problem: Control Panel is not allowing me to reset my security PIN Details: It has been a while since I've played, probably more than a year. I wrote down my password and PIN, and the password is working but the PIN is not. So I followed the steps in the Control Panel to have my PIN reset. I received the email to reset it, clicked the big "VERIFY" button, and it took me to a barren page that just says "You have successfully reset your PIN!" even though I did not. I was expecting to be prompted to create a new PIN, but that didn't happen. Any help would be much appreciated~ This is what the page looked like. There was nothing else on the page.
