Solved [Solution Given] Unable to run the client (no error shown)

(Windows 11)

I've recently updated my game by uninstalling my old files and reinstalling with the new download that was made available today (23/11). It's worth noting that the client was running fine before this update.

Now, I can't start the client at all. No error is shown. I've tried rebooting my system and network, and Windows is on the latest version, but I'm still not getting anything.

I also tried both WZ and IMG versions.

When I open the task manager and look at processes while running the client, I see it showing up briefly for about a second and then disappearing.

 

Hi, i got the same issue too. But running with win7.
Also tried both WZ and IMG, nothing changes.

add mapleroyals to the firewall's whitelist

 

For me, i turned off the firewall. It's not even on.
(And i also shut down all the anti-virus software)

After turning off my firewall, i now get error code -2147467259 (Unspecified error)

After redownloading Mapleroyals due to the new update. I am not able to continue after I selected my character and entered my PIN. Mapleroyals closes after this action.

Also it takes quite awhile for Mapleroyals to start after starting it in Crossover.

Running Crossover and Mapleroyals on a macbook M1 max Macos Monterey.
Tried WZ and IMG. Also tried to restart my laptop. Whitelisting it on my firewall didn't work as well.

Hope someone is able to help.
