I made a gif avatar today and have been trying to upload it, but it keeps telling my the file size is too big. However, the dimensions are 200x200 and it is only 35k. So, I don't see how it is "too big" in any aspect. I am on a Mac book pro, would that affect my ability to upload? Because I don't know what else it could be. If anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated!
Resize your image by going to a gif resizer site. You'll need to Google one because there's not really a go to one I can recommend.
I've tried a couple and that doesn't seem to fix the issue, even gets the file size down to 20k and it's still says it's "too big".
If you visit https://royals.ms/forum/account/avatar and attempt to upload your avatar, what exactly happens? Furthermore, what image are you attempting to upload? (I ask because I am not at all able to reproduce what you describe.)
