Not Bug Unable to use skills (marauder)

    I am having issues with skill: backspin blow and corkscrew blow.
    Backspin blow will not execute.
    Corkscrew blow will charge but will not execute.

    I have redownloaded and reinstall the new client #51 but still having same issues.
