Hi Royals team, I've been having issues voting at home. I've been voting at work for the past 2 days without issue, but when I try to vote at home, or on my phone with my work wifi, it tells me that I can't vote for another 14+ hours or so. Just a bit of additional info, I do have other accounts that are really old, but I've made a new account to start from scratch since its been a year or two(?) since I've actually played properly or voted consistently. No one else in my house plays maple, so technically, I shouldn't have issues. Is my IP somehow similar binded to another player's computer of similar IP? Okay so lets assume that I forget to vote at work(it happens to even the best of us), and I wish to vote once I reach home, how would you think I should go about seeking assistance on this issue? I'm sorry but you're not exactly giving me a solution, rather than a slap in the face by telling me to just vote at work. I will try to vote on my phone in incognito mode later and see if it works and update here with my findings.
With proper explanation, I can appreciate the effort. Update: I guess incognito mode works on my phone while at work. I guess I can close this thread now.
Ok I take back the update, I'm still somehow unable to vote because someone is voting under my IP, bumping this so maybe someone with similar experience can assist me. To clarify myself, I am unable to vote at work, at home, or on mobile, and being in incognito mode doesn't make a difference. Any other suggestions?
