Old player, been voting for a year straight on my phone, nothing has changed, same char, same internet, same voting method. I tried to vote 3 days ago, spinned the pet till it looked vertical, pressed "vote for maple royals", I get the message "you have already voted, please try again in 17 hours". Tried the next day, it said "please try again in 9 hours", tried the next day and "please try again in 23 hours". No, I'm not on wifi and there's no body else who votes on my 4G. Lost 48k nx so far, am I gonna get it back? That's not my fault at all, I've been voting for a year straight. Why is this happening to me RIGHT AT THE EVENT? Never happened before. Spoke with GM Charlie and he had no suggestions, but was aware of the issue. @Matt @Tim @Andreas
Your 4g connection is being used by someone else. A mobile connection usually is dynamic and not assigned to one person.
Why am I getting these errors now after a year of voting smoothly? I tried to airplane mode to refresh IP, and it still says "Please try again later, vote in XX:YY:ZZ".
Exact same issue for me, also started happening during 2x event, lol. Using mobile + 4G for months with no issues, until now that is.
Is it so strange that more people would start voting during the event? Thus taking up more ipadresses.
Playing awhile, only one in the IP address that plays the game. When on the royals site, says i can vote, clicked it, when on GTOP100 spun the animals and clicked the big red vote bar. Keeps saying that Ive already voted please try again in 20++ hours. Able to get 16k nx on the first 2 days. 3rd and 4th september was when i ran into this issue. Had the same issue as you Only ran into this issue since the third day of the event, very weird. Never ran into this issue once since i started playing the game.
No shit Sherlock. Do you think the whole globe plays mapleroyals? I changed my IP couple of times, still same error. You're not helping at all, neither trying to. All you do is try to convince us that it is alright. No thanks Jeff. Don't bother replying.
Either gtop100 has blocked the IP or somebody else is voting using the shared IP on your mobile network. Is there a reason you cannot use a non shared IP such as a home internet connection?
Is it possible for the few of us here to get a refund bc missing out on the 16k (or more) really stinks. Definitely will not kill to lose out on the nx if u GMs can't refund. It'll be ok if it isn't possible (for me at least) Also, for anyone having suspicions as to why i am asking for a refund during the event, I'm sure the GMs have a way of tracking NX balances in accounts so as to prevent false claims IGN: Kaiyin Job: Cleric Level 67 Thanks for your consideration
