Good morning! So, I have been unable to vote for NX consistently the past 3 days. The website will tell me to come back in 30+ minutes and I'll re-check to vote when it's time. But when I do, the website now tells me I have to wait like 700+ more minutes or so. No one else is using my IP address and it's just me so I was hoping you could help me fix this issue so that I can vote for NX again. I've been having this issue on and off the past week.. and the issue consistently the past 3 days. Thank you! Have a good day.
Are you playing in a public place or behind a proxy? Your IP address is associated with 9 total accounts, 2 of which belong to you, 3 belong to a second person, and 4 seem to belong to a third person. This is why you can't vote.
Well if you play at your boyfriend's place, there's others who play there as well and is why you are unable to vote. The IP address for your 2 accounts are the same as 7 other accounts which is why it's not letting you vote as one of those accounts are voting before you get to.
It would prevent the likelihood of getting banned for vote abuse if both you and your boyfriend vote, but one of you would have to vote somewhere else like on your cell phone.

I've applied for white list and the status of that thread recently says linked. I just tried voting again on my cell phone and using my own data but it still says I have already voted!
I just tried again and it let me vote. But after I tried to vote it said this IP already voted. Please help me!
That would only mean your Gtop and Mapleroyals timer is not in sync. When that happens you still receive the NX and should solve itself in time.
Okay. There is no way you can sync the two timers for me? And can anyone confirm that we are on whitelist on our application? Thank you so much!
Wait 4 hours and 20 minutes after you are able to vote. If you are accepted to the whitelist you will be notified.
