Solved [Solution Given] Unable to vote nx

Hi, i am helping my friend to ask. Few days back, he played mapleroyals at my house and he went back home to vote because i told him that we cannot vote under the same roof. However, when he voted at home, it stated there that he need to wait for another 420 mins to vote again and that was his first time to vote for NX as he is a new player.

Why did this happen to my friend? =(

Ask him to log into his own account then log out and try voting,

 

He did log out before voting and all the long he is using his own account to play.

 

Since he was playing on your computer, what he needed to do was, go home login on his computer then log out and vote.
