Details: I tried to vote using my apartment Wifi (followed by phone internet) but could not vote since it said my voting was on cooldown. This is very irregular for me. Issues with GTOP are not on our end so we can't really do anything for you, however, I can offer you some advice that may help. Try voting on a different browser and try voting in incognito. I hope you get it to work soon, good luck!
