Unable to vote

    Hi,

    Having the issue of "You have already voted, please try again in 1437 minutes.", which is 24 hours.
    Previously,
    Day 1 - voted on "ACCOUNT1"
    Day 2 - voted on "ACCOUNT2" (because I want to get a pet here)
    Day 3 - try voting on "ACCOUNT1", but the message above is shown.

    All voting timings are recorded so definitely the voting is 24 hours apart.
    What seems to be the issue?

    There are 3 players in the household, all accepted under whitelist.

    Is it only you who has a voting problem and is the voting problem connected to when the other players in your household votes?

    Yes. Based on the scenario, on Day 3, the other 2 players in the household managed to vote. But I wasnt. I just tried again, and it says, "please wait 639 minutes".
    So technically I lost one day's worth of vote for my account :(

    Well technically we lost your vote for the day as well.

    Is your voting timer connected to when those you live with votes?
    As in they vote and you have the same cooldown?

    There are no server sided voting problems so the problem will be on your end.

    I think we cannot do anything about the past day's vote. Today there is a different issue. After clicking "Click her to get 8k NX", which was supposed to lead me to the gtop100 page, it showed "A database error has occurred". This was done from my phone.
    ANd when I try again, yet "you have already voted, please wait 1439 minutes."

    You have received the NX that error is not with MapleRoyals but with Gtop.

    Hi, sorry to bother again...
    Managed to vote yesterday, but today, same problem occured again.
    Out of the 3 in the household, only 1 managed to vote, and the other 2 of us had the following error:

    acct1: "You have already voted. PLease wait 1215 minutes to vote."
    acct2: when it went to the gtop100 page, "This IP has already voted. Please try again in 20 hrs xx minutes"

    Is there any issue with the whitelist? :(

    Issue as stated above. The ip was voted on another account ", but since the 3 of us are accepted under the whitelist, I should be able to vote with 3g phone as we had been for the past week. It is giving problem only since 13 July, when this thread was first created.

    For very obvious reasons don't post your account ID on a public forum.

    Well you can't share computers with each other.
    If Gtop says that then the IP you are trying to vote with has already been used to vote.
