    It looks like you can try two things:

    1. Arrange your equips

    2. Try dragging the pet equip over the actual pet equip slot

    See if that works

    This is seemingly because Blue Candle was given its own unique equipment, and due to back-end changes cannot equip the Morphing Pet Necklace anymore. However, since this is contradictory to the information listed on the Morphing Pet Necklace, we will aim to allow this from the next patch. Sorry for the wait, and thanks for letting us know about the issue.
