IGN: BIGwinner Problem（問題）: I've got unbanned two days ago but i can't login when i select characters. It disconnect me from the server. Details（細節）: I think my Address didn't get unbanned.
You are definitely unbanned and not MAC banned. Can you select any of your characters or do you disconnect with all of them? What error message do you get?

I tried uninstalled and installed again but didn't work. My friends guess my address was banned. Moreover, I create another account and it can't log in, too. I have no idea with it.
