The pirate who reported me claimed ownership of the map (wild boars) and tried to force me to cc, even though I had been actively training there about 20 minutes before him. The weird thing was that most of the channels were free and my character was only a lvl 25 archer.

Normally I am pretty chill on these issues but here's the problem: That picture does not tell half the story. He "claimed" the map after I had been there for around 20 or so minutes before anybody else. There was no " This map is owned by ____". He only claimed the map after I had told him, that I was here way before him, and declined his cc request, which is pretty silly.
It doesn't matter what happened before that. The fact of the matter is, you were idle/AFK for several minutes and this person claimed the map. You then tried to take the map when it no longer belonged to you which is a bannable offense. Your ban will remain.
Listen, I know that you guys are only doing your job, but here's the main thing thing: I wasn't inactive on that map for "several minutes" and the map belonged to nobody the until he showed up.
No, see, you were because the ~mapowner command doesn't take ownership of the map away from you unless you haven't attacked for 3 minutes.
I apologize if this thread going on and on, but the reason why I wasnt attacking was we had been arguing for that amount of time about who was right and who was wrong, thats why his picture doesn't tell my side of the story, it was taken very late into the dispute.
Well unfortunately, he has the screenshot proving he owns the map and you don't so that's all we can go on.
Arguing or not, it's still your own responsibility to keep attacking to keep the mapownership. It's not something you can use as an excuse to why it would allow you to attack by the time the mapownership had passed on to the other player.
A 3 day ban over KSing is exactly what we've always done and what you agreed the penalty to be upon creating your account on this server.
