Closed Unjustified ban

Why do you think you got banned?: I did not do anything wrong yet you accuse me in “using different account to do RWT”
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
What GM banned you (optional): Using different account to do RWT”

I feel it’s not right to ban my account because of me using my sister laptop to play maple with my husband as my husband is using my laptop to play with me.

Could you at least unban my this account as I did not use it for doing anything against your rules & regulations. As for why do I use my sister computer is because I’m not rich in real life so I did not purchase a lot of laptop/computer for myself. That also said when my sister is not using the laptop, I can lend it from her to play with my husband.

As for my sister account, that you guys wanted to ban then u can remain on putting that account to the ban list instead of banning my account together with her just because I used her laptop to play mapleroyal

I’m also a donor to maple royal to show my supports and after 2-3 weeks I got banned for this kind of reason.

Hope to seek your kind understanding as I really wanted to play maple royals with my husband as this is the only game in common in us.
