ign: CarrotCutter problem: gach eating tickets but not giving reward details: had about 550 gach tickets, was blizt-ing through them by spam clicking yes and mashing my enter button, realised occasionally i got an error message that said "unknown error, please try again" at Shrine gach. at first i notice it was not a problem because it didn't deduct any of my gach tickets but subsequently i realised that some of these error messages do, while some don't, and i've gotten about 30+ of these error messages. i'll try and get a screenshot up, but i realised it is difficult because i need to show my tickets before the message showed up, as well as after the message showed up, and how my ticket got deducted, so i truly understand if theres no refund available, but the bigger point here is for me to raise this as a problem so the Devs will look into it and fix it to prevent it from happening again in the future~ peace~ edit: included SS of the error message, but like i said it is quite tough to show that a ticket is consumed, so i wont be expecting a refund, but just be aware that this is a problem and try to fix it!
Issue has been reported before. It has got to do with a delay in communication with the server. But tickets won't be consumed, just that your gacha-ing time will be slowed down by abit.
