Hey guys, for the last hour I've been trying to get this UnKnown letter non-stop while killing hundreds of details. Could it be that in the past I received the letter and because I threw it away I won't receive it anymore? I'm about to giv up. pleas if any one know how i can obtain it please let me know. TY!
unknown letter drops at ghost pirate or dual ghost pirate. It is an item within a drop list and doesnt need quest to trigger, so maybe you are unlucky? Need another person to confirm my statement.
