As I said in your previous ban appeal, I'd like you to double check that the VPN you are using gives you a private IP, not a recycled one. I'm using a paid VPN service right now. It's log into a server and to my surprise almost half of the servers are IP blocked by royals (UNLUCKY) Everything was fine until today when i try to log in. Been having this error as i keep dcing during character select I read through forum and it indicated that might be MAC banned, thats why i head over to ban appeals. Are you able to check if everything is fine on your end? Latest update : Now even my Bishop getting affected, DCing upon selecting a character Even try logging into a different server, still face the same error Reinstalling the game doesn't help
I have checked your MAC address and you are neither IP nor MAC banned. Your account is also not banned. I'd like to note that just because you pay for a VPN doesn't mean that it gives you a private IP address, perhaps looking into a new VPN would help solve your issue if that's possible.
Are u able to recommend me some VPN service that's able to provide a private IP service? How did the error occurs only today when everything was fine last week?
I can't personally recommend any VPN's but there are lots of players who would be kind enough and more than willing to help you in the Technical Help section of the forums. You can ask there and some people who may know more than I do can help you out with picking the right VPN. As for why the errors occurred today, I suspect that my hunch about your VPN not providing you a private IP is correct. In which case, you happened to get a banned IP this time when you tried to use your VPN, it was bound to happen at some point and I guess today was the day.
Wait my original IP address was not ban?? Didnt u mention that u have to ban that ip due to hacker using it? Im totally confused right now. I guess i have no choice but to find a better VPN service IF my original IP was banned, is there anyway u can unban it as I'm innocence I dont want to purchase another VPN service and this error occurs again. It's like throwing money down the drain
IP's are a very versatile method of identifying a connection to the internet. Previously, the IP you were trying to use was banned as I mentioned in your previous appeal. When you used a VPN, it changed your IP so you were able to log in again. Now, you cannot log in because the IP that it gave you this time was one that was already banned. We do not revert IP bans under any circumstances so there is no other way around this. Your options are to either switch ISPs, call your ISP and see if they can assign you a static private IP, continue to use this VPN at the risk of getting banned for the same issue in the future, or, buy a new VPN with the help and recommendations of our friends in Technical Help. Once again, you are not banned so there's nothing more to discuss in this ban appeal.
