Hello me again, was wondering since you guys aren't implementing scissors of karma, if it would be too much to ask if it would be possible/viable to make un-tradeable items tradeable between characters on the same account, so if somone accidentally shits the bed on thier wash/character, that if it came down to deleting their character, that players wouldn't have to lose their items they either gached/gained through events. Thank You
If this were possible I would love it, if only for the fact that my inventory is full of untradeable quest rewards that are nothing but novelty items that I don't want to throw away, but I miss the inventory space too.
+1 to suggestion Since this event has a lot of untradable chairs, an option could be to have an NPC take x amount of candles for you to exchange untradable chairs. A similar exchange has been implemented with Christmas attack potions. Untradable chairs give no competitive advantage, so it would be great to see something done about them.
^^ I would like this for untradeable items with no value, for sure. Like chairs, novelty items without stats. If it were across the board for all items it would be unmistakably OP. Chaos'd a good rudolph nose with +15 int but you're an attacker who's done washing? Transfer it to new character on new account. Same could be said for zhelms/HTPs/etc. Would be definitely too OP for it to be all items. But I would love it for things that have no stats and no value.
no like being able to put these items in storage to be used on diff characters within the same account, not different accounts, that would be too op, but being able to put these items into storage to be shared amongst the other characters on the same account would be most ideal
That would defeat the point of an untradeable item being difficult to get, and would really lower its value. If I chaosed my rudolph nose and got +10 str on it, but I didn't need str as a NL, I could make a warrior account on the same character and transfer it over there. Instead of having to get that item on my warrior character on its own and chaos it there and hope for the same outcome. I would only like this for items with no value - chairs, novelty quest items (Like the scuba tank), etc. Things that are just for collection sake and can't be used to better your character in any way.
We should make them like pets - untradeable and undroppable, but can be transferred to the same account. I was "lucky" to get a lot of good untradeable items on my mules from cake, while my main got only garbage ._.
in my opinion it would be a hell of alot more usefull than dropping items that you cant use when you could use them on other characters, reasons why they brought in scissors of karma, I got a ton of usefull stuff on a main character that I cant use because I dont need it, so I have to drop it to make room when iI could have used it on a different character, I understand you guys don't want to make your server *easy* but it also seems a waste to get these items only to be dropped because we cant use them on the character we got them on, as I'm sure alot of players have the same feeling towards this as I do, I mean there is no monetary value to be had here if we trade them inbetween characters on the same account, like I understand what you guys are doing to *prolong* player activity but this is just a little absurd. Thank you
Scissors of karma should not come to royal imo, it defeats the purpose of going boss to get zhelm/htp. As for untradable stuffs just live with it, that's how it worked in maplestory. It makes creating new character much easier if you can trade untradable stuff across your account.
I don't see this change every coming to royals. If an item is untradable, it's untradable for a reason.
I remember a few items back in the day having the possibility of being transferred one time through your account's storage & I like that idea better than indefinitely being able to be traded throughout your account. I feel like that would be the best middle ground of what everyone is talking about & not too overpowered or defeat the point of the untradeables.
