Update Update #95.2 31/05/25

Hi Royallers,

New files are required for this update! Click here to go to the downloads page to download and install the new setup. You can choose between a setup using .wz files or .img files, as some users may experience fewer crashing issues with one over the other.

This update brings the 12th Anniversary Events and various changes to the game:

Event:

• 12th Anniversary Events have started.
  • Event duration: 31st May 2025 - 12th July 2025
  • Access the Anniversary Festival Hub from any large town.
  • (Event poster to follow shortly, sorry!)

Cash Shop:

• Time-limited items added for anniversary, including 2 new merchants.
• 3 new Shiba Inu RP pets pets added, and their respective pet equips.
  

Mob:

• Improvements made to mob skill priority system.
• Fixed a bug which caused certain mobs to not use some skills.
• Fixed a bug which caused teleporting mobs to sometimes disappear from the client if they teleport near the corner of the map.
• Fixed a bug where mobs could be pushed out of the right-side of Von Leon's map.
• Improvements made to mob rubber-banding when using skills like Rush, Snatch, etc.
• Fixed an issue where Von Leon's knockback animation ended too soon, potentially causing double animations.
• Fixed a bug where Papulatus would sometimes appear to summon Darkstars when being attacked in the corner of the map, but didn't actually spawn anything.
• Fixed some missing hitboxes for Papulatus' AoE Heal skill.
• Fixed some missing hitboxes for Castellan Toad's attacks.
• Blue Mushmom respawn timer changed from 23 hours to 6 hours.
• Black Crow respawn timer changed from 23 hours to 8 hours.
• Kacchuu Musha respawn timer changed from 11 hours to 6 hours.

Skill:

• Ninja Storm can now push back boss monsters.

Party Quest:

• Balrog Boss:
  • Additional items added to Balrog rewards.
  • Fixed a bug where the boss could softlock if totems were not hit quick enough.
    
  • The hitbox of Balrog's Left hand has been increased.
    
  • Fixed a bug where invincible parts of Balrog could be affected by poison mist.
  • Fixed incorrect stats and skills allowed in the Balrog reward map.

Item:

• Duct Tape added to Vergamot drops.
• Noble Maple Rod RP weapon has been removed from sale in the cash shop and owners refunded.

NPC:

• Cecilia at Gardener's Spot now allows exchanging for multiple items at once.

UI:

• Slightly adjusted the colour of Spouse Chat text to make it more readable.

Misc:

• Further fixes made to hopefully resolve issues where party member information can go out of sync.

Unfortunately we were unable to fix the Shoulder stat bug for this update. This remains a high priority fix, in the meantime we will be offering refunds for players that have been affected by this bug (e.g. wasting AP resets). Please ensure you have made a thread if you have been affected and require assistance.

Although care has been taken to ensure the client runs smoothly, there may be the possibility that some issues may be present. If you find any issues, please create a relevant Bug Report or Technical Help thread.
