I'm currently level 60, what should I focus on upgrading, and what should my endgame equips be? (Dexless for now but will add str later)

    Equips I have

Red Maple bandana (getting zhelm soon)
    Dex + 2 Branch Nose
    Dex + 10 silver earring
Dex +5 Cape (100%'d) (PGC later?)
    9 atk wgs
    Dep star
    Dex + 14 robe
Dex + 4 snowshoes (replacing with FS later)

If you're not buying leech, start with a 85+ Attack Canon Shooter

Dex Robes are really cheap now and you could probably get a 20+ Dex for relatively cheap (200M+)

Aim for a ~14 Attack Glove for around 1B

Find yourself a ~82 Attack Concerto and scroll it either perfect or 105+ Attack.

Hope you mean you're strless now.
Try to focus on some decent str scrolled overall. 20+ str and some dex on it.
    Earrings are fine.
    Glove, maybe a 10 or 11 attack.
The nose van be replaced by a maple leaf from showa gachapon.
Also instead of going for fs you can take some decent scrolled pirate shoes 1st. 15+ stats are not hard to make and are better than 2 att fs.
Scroll a zhelm with 100%s for 10 more dex. Cheap and totally worth it.
3-4 att pgc will do for.
Then what's left is a gun. Getting a 95+ att concerto isnt that hard either.
With all this you'd be set. Still room for improvement but still pretty decent!
